Job Description

Key Competencies:

Experience in Large projects 250m and above. Projects include Aviation, Hospitality, Hospitals, Stadiums and Large Complex Commercial enterprises.

 

 

General Job Description:

The primary role of the Project Executive is to be the project leader ultimately responsible for all aspects of the project’s success including a positive referral from the Clients. The Project Executive ensures project success through monitoring the processes, progress and results of the following: Client satisfaction, team effectiveness, employee development, financial goals, quality and schedule. Serving as the liaison between the jobsite, the Business Unit Leader and the main office. Project Executive provides the support and resources that are needed by the Project Manager and Superintendent to perform their duties.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Business Development
  • Lead the Preconstruction Process
  • Oversee Project Operations
  • Manage Human Resources
  • Perpetuate Corporate Culture
  • Promote Customer Relations

 

 

Qualifications:

  • S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field position.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in progressive construction related to Projects to include Aviation, Hospitality, Hospitals, Stadiums and Large Complex Commercial
