Key Competencies:
Experience in Large projects 250m and above. Projects include Aviation, Hospitality, Hospitals, Stadiums and Large Complex Commercial enterprises.
General Job Description:
- Manage all field operations for large commercial projects Large project experience preferred (greater than $200m)
- Act as single point of responsibility to deliver field operations on site for a single large project (greater than $200m) OR manage multiple project sites
- Provide leadership to implement the Company Safety
- Work with the Operations Manager for all assignment of Superintendent
- Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with the needs of the various projects
- Support multiple Superintendents throughout the duration of the job
- Create and implement the Project Schedule
- Create and implement the Site Logistics Plan
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of ten years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience as a Lead or General Superintendent for a large general contractor. Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including P6, Microsoft Office suite. SAP, SharePoint. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to travel 50%+ of the time.
