I founded Dennis J. Knox & Company in June 1977. The initial focus was Accounting and Finance from inception to September 1990. During this period, was responsible, for placing candidates across the Accounting / Finance / Audit spectrum, in corporate and national CPA firm accounting positions.
Starting in the fall of 1990 my firm was engaged by a major QSR entity, to locate 4 key Real Estate Development Directors. The searches were very successful, launching the firm into Real Estate Development, with a focus on QSR entities.
Over time, our exposure expanded into a variety of assignments within every facet of Real Estate Development, Design, Construction and Engineering. Today we represent QSR, Casual Dining, Owner Developers, Multi-Family, Office, Industrial, Mixed-Use, Hospitality, Hotel, High-Rise and Retail.
Today my firm has amassed one of the largest data bases in the industry, contributing too many hires on a national and international basis.
We have diversified even further, representing major General Contractors on a national basis. We too, are affiliated with some of the top recruiting firms within the Real Estate / Construction industry.
